About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in executing marketing initiatives that engage our community, promote our youth and adult programs, and drive enrollment. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone passionate about marketing, design, and grassroots outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and send targeted SMS and email campaigns for seasonal promotions, program launches, and announcements.
  • Design Creation: Produce print and digital materials including posters, banners, trifolds, and social media graphics.
  • Customer Engagement: Reply to customer service inquiries related to marketing and communications.
  • Social Media Management: Draft and post organic social content across our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ad Design Support: Assist in the design of paid social media ads for campaigns.
  • Distribution Coordination: Coordinate with front desk staff and coaches to distribute marketing materials effectively at our venues.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Support performance tracking of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • In-person community and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (internships count!)
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with email platforms and scheduling tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Photography or video editing experience
  • Experience in sports, recreation, or community-based organizations
