About you

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Saskatoon Brokerage team. In this role, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of marketing materials, property listings and signage while delivering exceptional service to agents and clients.

In this role, you will…
  • Design and produce brochures for print and email distribution.
  • Manage website content and maintain property listings.
  • Coordinate ordering, installation and removal of real estate signage.
  • Maintain and distribute Brokerage property keys.
  • Answer and direct phone calls from the Brokerage reception line.
  • Record and distribute sales meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and process listing agreements.
  • Develop assets for social media.
  • Provide other office support as required.
