A growing auto group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance their digital presence in Richmond and Langley. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and passionate about social media management, videography, and community events. Responsibilities include capturing vehicle photos, managing the social media calendar, and coordinating events. A salary range of $48,000-$60,000 is offered based on experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong videography and video editing skills.
  • Owning personal videography equipment is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.

Applewood Auto Group is looking for two Marketing Coordinator to join our Richmond and Langley team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital presence, our websites inventory photos, and supporting exciting campaigns that showcase the “It’s All Good at Applewood” experience.

Key Responsibilities:
📸 Merchandising
  • Capture and upload high-quality photos of used vehicles using our AI Photography App.
  • Write engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions using AI and online tools.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure the website is always up to date.
📱 Social Media Coordination
  • Execute and maintain the dealership social media calendar.
  • Film, edit, and caption short‑form content aligned with brand standards.
  • Film, edit, and caption short‑form content for dealership paid ads.
  • Engage with our audience professionally through comments and messages.
💻 Website Administration
  • Oversee and update the inventory daily.
  • Manage staff photos, including edits and uploads.
🎉 Event Coordination
  • Coordinate and execute group‑wide sales and community events at the dealership.
