The Marketing Coordinator supports business growth by coordinating marketing programs to help attract new customers, retain existing customers, support the branches and monitor customer satisfaction. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing activities are aligned with Company strategy and business performance for the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate and support the execution of marketing programs under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and launch marketing campaigns across channels including direct mail, email, SMS, and social media.
  • Review data files, marketing proofs, and print materials for accuracy prior to production or distribution.
  • Assist in preparing content and analysis for quarterly Marketing Reviews and performance reports.
  • Develop, manage and deploy weekly customer communications plan with Marketing Technology.
  • Manage ticketing process for customer communications with text vendor.

Branch & Field Support

  • Partner with branch teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, merchandising tools, and other resources that support customer acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Prepare and submit internal communication content to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Manage marketing inventory and coordinate production and ordering through the online marketing store.
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder materials as needed and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.

Digital & Social Media Monitoring

  • Monitor the company’s social media channels for comments, questions, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond or escalation issues as needed, in coordination with the broader marketing team.
  • Monitor online customer reviews (via platforms such as Yext, Google Reviews, and Trustpilot); escalation concerns or respond according to brand and compliance guidelines.

Internal Communication & Content Management

  • Maintain and update marketing content on internal platforms such as the company intranet and employee communication portals.
  • Ensure marketing materials are current, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Manage the compliance and legal review process for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Review and submit invoices for payment; ensure accurate coding and approval workflows are followed.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing environment, with a proven track record supporting multi-channel campaigns and team-based initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams; experience with marketing automation platforms, (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective multitasker with strong time management skills and the ability to meet daily, monthly, and long-term deadlines.
  • Skilled in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, colleagues at all levels, and external vendors.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting business objectives.

Base Salary:$65,000 - $70,000 CAD

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the national average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
