MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to lead content strategy across channels, translating complex healthcare technology into clear, engaging content for healthcare professionals. You will shape the editorial voice and oversee a broad range of content, from thought leadership to customer stories and product content.
The role requires strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and French, with a focus on quality, consistency, and audience relevance.
MEDFAR Clinical Solutions was founded in 2010 by two aeronautical engineers who realized that the healthcare system was not exploiting the full potential of technology. Supported by a large community of medical experts and focused on clinical success and patient safety, MEDFAR was the first company to certify a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record in Canada: MYLE (Make Your Life Easy).
Committed to promoting excellence and effectiveness in healthcare worldwide, MEDFAR differentiates itself by offering a unique healthcare management solution for clinics, which replaces inefficient processes with a faster and safer technological alternative.
As Marketing Content Manager, you’ll lead MEDFAR’s content strategy and execution across channels, turning complex healthcare technology, clinical workflows, and AI innovation into clear, compelling content that resonates with healthcare professionals.
You’ll be the editorial voice behind MEDFAR’s marketing content, responsible for setting a high bar for quality, consistency, and relevance across everything we publish. From thought leadership and campaigns to website copy, customer stories, social content, and sales enablement, you’ll shape how MEDFAR communicates with the market.
We’re looking for an exceptional writer and editor who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, getting up to speed quickly on complex healthcare topics, and experimenting with AI to work smarter and produce better content. You’re curious about technology and healthcare, have strong editorial judgment, and know how to make complex ideas simple without losing their substance.
You’re a writer first, marketer second, and AI power-user by nature. You care deeply about words, but you also understand that great content needs to serve a purpose.
You can take a 30-minute conversation with a physician or product expert and turn it into a compelling story. You can look at a complex product feature and immediately see the message that matters to the customer. You know when AI can make your work faster and when human judgment matters more.
You’re curious, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning projects from a blank page to final publication. Most importantly, you have high standards: you don’t settle for content that is merely correct when it could be clearer, sharper, and more compelling.
With offices around the world, fluency in both French and English is a must at MEDFAR. Because of the need to communicate with colleagues and/or customers in other provinces or countries, bilingualism enables us to communicate in both languages while promoting the use of French.

We are committed to providing a work environment where every individual feels respected and supported, regardless of their background, identity or abilities. As part of our commitment to a fair and inclusive recruitment process, we offer accommodation to candidates who request it. If you need accommodation during your interview, please let us know so that we can provide you with an adapted experience.
