This Marketing and Design Lead position plays a key role in amplifying Corinex’s brand across all global markets. We are looking for a full‑stack marketer who can lead all facets of design. You should be able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages supported by strategic, well‑crafted designs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy technology, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and possesses strong skills in content creation, digital media, and design.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our brand strategy across everything we do
  • Streamline all design processes within the marketing team
  • Design presentations, emails, prints, and other assets as needed
  • Manage our website in Webflow
  • Assist with managing and implementing all event logistics (5‑8 events and speaking engagements per year. Attendance is not required.)
  • Transform complex technical material into compelling presentations
  • Own the social strategy, and manage all social channels
  • Support the development of communication plans and coordinate outreach to media and industry thought leaders
  • Review drafts and provide copywriting, copyediting, and quality assurance
  • Manage our library of marketing assets
Required Qualifications
  • Must provide a portfolio of writing and design samples
  • Experience working in the clean tech or energy sector
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for multiple audiences (technical and non‑technical)
  • Advanced experience in using an enterprise CMS (such as Webflow) to edit web content and to adjust components
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Proven success working in fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines, and evolving prioriti​es
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and media contacts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends
  • A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset aligned with Corinex’s mission to accelerate the global energy transition
