We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role is for a hands-on analyst who is passionate about telling stories with data, tackling complex problems, and directly influencing marketing strategy through rigorous analysis.
You will be supporting the Product Marketing team with strategic analysis and measuring campaign impact. In addition to informing strategy, you will navigate the Marketing and Product worlds to understand how marketing efforts shape downstream product engagement and customer behavior. The ideal candidate has a background in strategic analysis and prior experience leveraging data and insights to develop strategy, measuring marketing campaign performance, and connecting marketing & product work to business impact.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $90,000-$112,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
