Job summary

Moment Factory is seeking a Marketing Advisor to bridge internal teams, external resources, and partners, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives for Originals ticketed projects.

You will identify brand opportunities, analyze markets, develop marketing directions, and coordinate production and approval of materials, while guiding media relations and promotional campaigns with creativity and precision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in communications and/or B2C marketing.
  • Solid experience in entertainment or sales is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written).
  • Excellent digital knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assess risks, define processes, and set standards with the client.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop marketing directions and tactics.
  • Advise and support implementation of the client’s marketing plan.
  • Manage marketing tools including web strategy and ticket sales.
  • Propose dissemination on websites, social media, blogs, videos.
  • Supervise creation of MF marketing materials; approve client tools.
  • Maintain PR and media relations with MF and client teams.
  • Coordinate brand messaging across Originals campaigns.

No matter the canvas be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.YOUR MISSIONAs a Marketing Advisor, you act as a liaison between internal teams, external resources, and partners to ensure the smooth and consistent execution of marketing initiatives.You are responsible for the marketing and commercialization of Originals ticketed projects, from identifying (name & brand), analyzing, developing, and executing strategies and tactics to coordinating the production and approval of marketing materials.Your role also involves coordinating various communications and media relations activities surrounding projects, ensuring message consistency and the effective deployment of initiatives among the various stakeholders.Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy and Commercialization, you collaborate closely with the marketing team and project teams, including Producers, Creative Directors, and General Managers.YOUR TEAMJoining the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and participating in the creation of innovative entertainment models that are deployed worldwide. You will collaborate in creating various immersive experiences, such as the magical forests Lumina, Aura, and much more! Your team transforms locations into unique experiences, operational for several years, thereby changing the lives of visitors. Together, you will create iconic destinations that, in addition to attracting visitors and enhancing the local experience, will generate media attention and economic benefits.EXPLORE YOUR FUTURE ROLEClient Commercialization Support:Assess risks, define processes, and establish standards with the client.Collaborate with the client to develop marketing directions and tactics.Advise the client and support them in implementing their marketing plan.Continuously support the client in managing appropriate marketing and promotional tools, including web strategy and ticket sales.Propose dissemination solutions on various platforms, such as websites, social media, blogs, promotional videos, or others.Supervise the creation of all marketing communication tools produced by MF.Approve all marketing communication tools produced by the client.Ensure that the marketing and commercialization strategy is maintained during the launch and upon request, including public relations interventions and press events, in collaboration with MF and client communication and marketing teams.Centralize press reviews and maintain and develop media relations in collaboration with MF’s communication team.Commercialization for Distribution Partnerships: *In a context where Moment Factory is involved in a commercial operationAnalyze potential markets.Develop, maintain, and/or sustain business relationships with distributors/promoters.Participate in strategy planning, market launch, commercialization, communications, and press relations.Collaborate with distributors/promoters to maximize ticket sales and revenues.Analyze ticket sales trends and communicate sales actions related to them.Negotiate partnership agreements related to these functions.Management of Originals Brands:Provide expertise on the vision and use of various Originals brands for clients or partners who obtain the license.Continuously support the execution of brand strategies and brand image.In collaboration with MF’s communications team and the Director of Business Development and Marketing, organize and plan the brand and sub-brand messaging, and mentor teams who will represent the company.Contribute to brand strategy.Operational support and coordination:Prepare contracts for marketing vendors and freelancers.Process invoices from marketing vendors and freelancers.Support the team with calendar management.Plan and organize activities and meetings related to the production of communications and marketing materials.Maintain and update various coordination tools (tracking dashboards, Google Sheets, etc.).Contribute to updating various tools, including budgets, schedules, and others.Help improve existing processes and develop and communicate new management tools to relevant stakeholders.Ensure relevant documents are properly archived.SOFT SKILLSPersuasive, charismatic, and diplomatic.Autonomous, dynamic, and demonstrates initiative.Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills.Responsible and skilled in prioritization.Client-oriented mindset.Analytical and data-driven thinker.Visionary.YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDESA college degree with a specialization in marketing or communications (or equivalent).More than 3 years of experience in communications and/or B2C marketing (or equivalent).Solid experience in the entertainment industry (an asset) or in a sales context.Bilingualism (spoken and written).Excellent digital knowledge.Expertise in markets outside of Quebec (Canada and international, an asset).Proficiency in common software and technological environments.The ability to simplify technical language.Strong communication skills.SPECIFIC WORK CONDITIONSFlexibility regarding working hours;Willingness to travel occasionally.SOME PERKS THAT COME WITH WORKING AT MOMENT FACTORYHybrid work mode to optimize work-life balance.Work from abroad for up to 30 days per year (consecutive or cumulative, including weekends), so you can explore the world while you work.Group insurance benefits for you and your family.Wellness account allowing you to claim personal expenses.Inspiration account.Free access to Dialogue telemedicine service, to quickly respond to your health concerns and those of your family.5 paid sick days per year.Personalized training and skills development plan through the Moment Factory School.Daily meals at reduced cost, snacks, and coffee available at all times.Studio Life Department, a catalyst for employee wellness initiatives (physical, mental health, social activities, etc.).If you think this position is for you, we invite you to apply now.
