• Over 5 years of experience in risk management or trading roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading businesses.
• Private credit portfolio management experience is a strong plus.
• Thorough knowledge of risk models, risk sensitivities, risk aggregation, and best practice governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of an integral market risk management framework.
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with businesses.
• Provide insights on potential developments, risk concentrations, and risk trends.
• Conduct regular reviews of the Risk Appetite and Risk Limits frameworks.
• Develop and execute market risk projects.
