A global medical technology company is seeking a Market Development Manager in Toronto to drive the adoption of innovative medical technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of medical experience, including market development, and must demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree is required, along with fluency in English and French. The position involves significant travel across Canada.

This position requires working closely with diverse teams both within Canada and on an international level, as well as leading physicians and surgeons, to develop and execute strategies and initiatives that drive the adoption of BSC technologies and contribute to business growth in the market.
The focus of this position will be towards the latest technologies in the Boston Scientific Peripheral Vascular portfolio, with a primary focus on TCAR (Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization), Drug Eluting Technology, and eventually other global expansion technologies such as IVL (Intravascular Lithotripsy). This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with key opinion leading physicians and surgeons, ensuring technical excellence among end‑users, and providing guidance and support to the field team.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com – will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for hourly, non‑sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
