The Marine Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across the Canadian marine sector, focusing on new builds, retrofits, lifecycle services, and agreements. This role will join an existing team and contribute to expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the strategic growth of Wärtsilä’s marine solutions.
The position is ideally based in Quebec or Ontario, with flexibility for remote work if outside office locations. If the candidate resides within 60 km of an office location, the position will follow a hybrid model requiring two days per week in the office.

Effective April 2025, Wartsila companies in Canada have implemented a new hybrid work model. Most employees who live within 60 kilometres of an office will work 2 days per week in office.
