A leading marine services provider in Richmond, BC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate daily office operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers a salary between $55,000 and $60,000 annually along with competitive benefits. This role is integral to supporting staff and managing various administrative tasks in a marine environment.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating the daily administration requirements of the marine office in Richmond, BC. You are a driven individual, who continuously looks for opportunities to learn. This role is responsible for providing a variety of administrative tasks to support departmental, project management, and other staff. This individual works with moderate supervision, performing a variety of assigned tasks within established procedures.

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
