Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience and/or training and cleanroom manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures.
• Must understand basic principles of Manufacturing, process flows and waste elimination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts new hire training.
• Maintains and controls employees’ on‑the‑job training records.
• Assists in setting up evaluation systems to assess training effectiveness.
