Job description
About the role - you will:
  • Responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set‑up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making
  • Manage activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines used in the production of the company's product
  • Perform basic electrical tasks as part of the assembly process, contributing to the production of cutting‑edge products.
  • Contribute to the assembly of components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver products within specified timelines, maintaining focus on quality and cost efficiency
  • Follow instructions from supervisors meticulously to execute manual tasks, contributing to a smooth workflow
  • Perform process related to Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.
  • Perform Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment
About you:
  • Some experiences in the manufacturing industry an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of English is required
  • Experience in using a microscope will be helpful
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
  • Able to carry work items up to 3kg
  • Standing hours: 2 to 4 hours
  • Willing to work 12‑hrs shift
  • Prepared to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Shift Pattern: Work 3 days, Rest 2 days or Work 2 days, Rest 3 days (3-2-2-3 Work Pattern)
  • Day Shift : 7.30am – 7.45pm
  • Night Shift : 7.30pm – 7.45am
  • Meal & Rest Break: 45 mins & 30 mins
