Job summary

Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support ISO processes, perform audits, and ensure customer specifications are met throughout production.

You will develop inspection plans, read GD&T, use CMM/CNC context, and collaborate with QA, production, and engineering to uphold safety, quality, and delivery — joining a team with strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing shop floor experience.
• Able to read basic GD&T and tolerances.
• Strong computer skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final audits per control plans.
• Validate first off and document failures.
• Perform receiving inspections and record results.
• Audit high-volume processes and address non-conformances.
• Prepare daily shift reports and handover.
• Assist QA team and supervisor as needed.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
