Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role (experience may include internships).
  • Familiarity with CAD software and data analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production and safety.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • Lead in new equipment scoping, procuring, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
