This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a salary range from $65,000 to $72,000 CAD and a commitment to personal development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production or process engineering roles.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production processes to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to optimize production.
• Conduct process audits and implement improvements.
