Qualifications
- Minimum two-year technical degree or 5 years’ minimum experience in manufacturing machining.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; root cause analysis is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up and program CNC lathes and mills.
- Perform capability studies and prototype parts.
- Provide detailed scrap reports per work center.
- Develop action items against top scrap elements.
