Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, including PCs, printers, and barcode scanners.
• Support and manage network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Administer servers, file storage, and domain controllers.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions through Active Directory.
• Monitor and maintain IT security.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery processes.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and production systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
• Implement IT policies and manage IT assets.
• Prepare documentation and provide user support or training.
