Job summary

A manufacturing company in Vaughan is looking for a Financial Accounting & Analysis professional. Responsibilities include preparing month end transactions, performing balance sheet analysis, and maintaining the Fixed Asset Database. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Familiarity with ERP systems like IFS and Onestream is essential. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role within general accounting.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Understanding of GST/HST/QST and other regulatory filings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter month end transactions into general ledger.
• Perform balance sheet analysis and assist with month end closing processes.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts monthly.
