Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility in hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities from design to commissioning of new equipment and process changes.
• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned to budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with TS16949/ISO14001 and corporate policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supplier integration.
• Plan resources and direct equipment utilization to meet production schedules.
