Job summary

A global leader in mechanical pipe joining is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes at their Brampton location. You will design CNC tooling, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and collaborate with engineering teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary starting at $75k based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience in machining and mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience programming CNC equipment with Fanuc and Okuma controls is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance.
  • Design CNC tooling and optimize production processes.

Skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
Proficient with MS Office and CAD software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
