Job summary
A leading technology firm located in Peterborough, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. The role focuses on supporting daily production, optimizing processes, and collaborating with new product development teams. Candidates should have a University degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in mechatronics environments. Knowledge of NX, SAP, and Teamcenter tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in mechatronics environments.
- Experience creating work instructions and developing BOMs/Routings.
- Knowledge of electronics potting/curing, surface preparation for adhesion/bonding, mechanical assembly, and PLCs.

- Perform root cause analysis and problem solving using proven methodologies.
- Collaborate with new product development teams to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes, ensuring new products or changes meet business KPIs.
Required Qualifications
