About the role

• Identify and hunt new business opportunities using Harbinger Network as a third-party recruiter to fill vacancies
• Lead the development of new opportunities to grow your own portfolio
• Leverage our well-established client database to hit the ground running
• Work closely with clients and build trusting relationships to win more business
• Have full access to resources and team members to help fill client vacancies
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the right individuals are presented with the right opportunities

About you

• 10+ years staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager/Account Manager with a focus on Manufacturing in Manitoba
