Job summary

Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario, is hiring 50 Manufacturing Associates for Assembly and Production. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn to handle optics, read blueprints, and use calibrated measuring equipment while supporting our Operations team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Learn to handle optics, read blueprints, and use measuring equipment.

  • Follow workflow instructions from Supervision/Group Leads.
  • Use good visual acuity to identify imperfections in parts or assemblies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform basic data entry and computer work.
  • Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture.

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program.
