Job summary

GFL Thunder Bay is seeking an AZ Vacuum Truck Driver to join our field operations. You will operate vacuum, hydrovac, box, van trailer and roll-off units, perform power washing and hauling tasks, and support safety and efficient service for our clients.

The role requires a valid AZ license, ability to drive manual transmission and willingness to travel across the border. Relocation or sign-on incentives may apply and benefits are provided by our industry-leading package.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ license is required.
• Must be able to operate manual transmission.
• Clean drivers abstract.
• Experience hauling liquids is preferred.
• Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) is beneficial.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety mindedness are essential.
• Willingness to travel across the US-Canada border.

Responsibilities

• Operate Vacuum, Hydrovac, Box, Van trailer and Roll-off units.
• Power washing and high-pressure water blasting as required.
• Load, transport and unload hazardous and non-hazardous goods.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and transport documents.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with MOE/MOL/MTO requirements.
