Sous la supervision du contremaître de production, le ou la manœuvre de l'atelier de finition réalise les opérations de finition sur des pièces usinées de petit volume : barattage, sablage au jet (beadblast en cabinet), polissage, encrage et installation d'inserts. La personne titulaire lit et interprète les bons de travail, les dessins techniques et les gammes de fabrication, valide la conformité dimensionnelle des pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, et assure le suivi rigoureux des données de production. Il s'agit d'un excellent point d'entrée dans le domaine manufacturier, avec formation complète offerte sur place et possibilité de progression vers des postes spécialisés.
