Qualifications

• DVM or related degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a 3-DVM team and influence clinic growth and culture.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to seasoned professionals for their development.
• Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care with patient comfort in mind.
• Build rapport with clients and gather information to guide care plans.
• Ensure accurate medical and client records per established protocols.
• Stay current with veterinary medicine advances and represent the hospital professionally.
