The Managing Director participates in strategic planning, with responsibility for converting strategy into actionable business plans and annual budgets. Directly and indirectly through General Managers, this role oversees daily business operations and business performance for multiple business entities.
This is a managerial role requiring collaboration with other leaders within the Business Segment, and supervision of the site leadership team.
Work is performed in a typical office environment; occasional visits to production and warehouse/yard facilities may be required.
