As a Managing Consultant within our Sustainability Strategy and Transformation team, you will play a critical role in helping mining clients align sustainability, risk management, and commercial objectives. You will advise organizations on some of their most important strategic decisions, from growth and investment opportunities to transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and risk management programs. Your work will directly influence how mining companies respond to evolving stakeholder expectations, regulatory requirements, and global sustainability priorities.

For the Managing Consultant, Sustainability Strategy and Transformation position, the anticipated annual base pay is $95,000–$118,000 (CAD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
