About the Role

We are looking for an organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands‑on operational experience, and a proven ability to implement systems and processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and enforce health & safety procedures.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff; manage daily schedules and task assignments.
  • Monitor KPI performance such as picking accuracy, on‑time shipping, productivity, and shrinkage.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, damaged goods, claims, and customer issues.
  • Implement and improve SOPs to ensure consistent warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in 3PL or e‑commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory controls, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Forklift certification is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet as required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ShipHero, Shopify, Amazon, or similar systems.
  • Experience managing containers, pallets, and large-scale inbound shipments.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
