Tricon Homes in Toronto seeks a Manager, U.S. Tax to coordinate and report on U.S. tax operations for our rental portfolios. You will work across federal, multi-state and local tax matters, with REIT, corporate and partnership considerations.
Reporting to Senior Director, U.S. Tax, you will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Legal and Finance, develop reporting models, and support tax planning and ASC 740 processes. This is a hybrid role with in-office/remote work.

The Manager, U.S. Tax is responsible for coordinating and reporting on the U.S. tax operations for assigned single-family rental home portfolios. This role requires strong analytical and technical expertise across federal, multi-state, and local tax matters, particularly as they relate to U.S. domestically controlled REITs, corporations, and partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, U.S. Tax, success in this role requires a highly organized and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with tax technology and software, along with the ability to develop customized business reporting models, will be considered a strong asset.
Our Toronto corporate office is located in Bloor-Yorkville, offering a central, transit-accessible location surrounded by restaurants, shops and neighbourhood amenities.
This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work in accordance with company guidelines.
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$125,440.00 - $175,440.00
This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company performance and individual contribution as well as an attractive benefit and wellness package.
