Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Manager, Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS to lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR technology strategies. This is a full-time role offering up to $130,000 per annum (open for discussion). Reporting to senior leadership, this position will oversee two direct reports and act as the Workday subject matter expert, driving process excellence, compliance, and employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, management, and administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and budgeting, working closely with leadership and finance teams.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the Workday expert, managing system integrity, reporting, configuration, and providing user training.
  • Audit, streamline, and optimize HRIS processes to drive automation, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports while fostering cross-functional collaboration on HR projects.
Requirements
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience across Total Rewards, Payroll, and HRIS.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on Workday expertise, including configuration, automation, testing, and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Membership with the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) is considered an asset.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong track record of driving results in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Experience within high-growth or transformational organizations is an asset.
