Reporting to the Senior Director of Cyber and Service Operations, the Manager of Technical Operations is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously enhancing the technical operations program. In this role you will ensure the effective delivery of enterprise infrastructure services across both on-premises and cloud environments. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for core IS infrastructure—encompassing people, processes, and technology—as well as overseeing the ongoing operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these services.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of technical operations services by streamlining workflows, optimizing resources, and applying best practices for timely and cost-effective service
  • Oversee the team’s response to incidents and service requests by establishing clear protocols for logging, prioritizing, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure infrastructure services meet Ledcor’s standards and expectations, including contract negotiations and performance oversight
  • Assign tasks, balance team workloads, and prioritize initiatives to ensure effective use of resources and alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain a three-year technical operations roadmap that supports Ledcor’s business and shared services strategies
  • Drive improvements in infrastructure governance by identifying enhancement opportunities, defining key metrics, and implementing reporting mechanisms to track progress
  • Lead and grow the Technical Operations team through effective hiring, mentoring, and skill development to ensure the right people and capabilities are in place
  • Work closely with business and shared services leaders to ensure infrastructure services meet evolving needs efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems Management, Operations
  • Min of 8 years' experience building, mentoring, and leading highly effective teams
  • 3-5 years' experience leading and building effective Technical Operation programs
  • 3-5 years' experience constantly improving Technical Operation services
  • 3-5 years' experience building and executing strategies and plans
  • 5+ years' experience identifying, gathering requirements and expectations; collaborating with and communicating with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong technical background in relevant technologies such as Cloud Services (Azure), Windows, Linux, Networks, and Database
