A leading financial institution is seeking a Manager, Talent Development & Programs, responsible for supporting the implementation of executive and senior leader development programs. This role requires managing third-party relationships and evaluating program effectiveness. Candidates should possess a university degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. As a collective team, we develop and deliver enterprise leadership strategies, lead the execution and advancement of RBC’s talent practices, deliver enterprise leadership development programs, and support executive coaching and development.
As the Manager, Talent Development & Programs, you will work across both our Executive and Non-Executive Development portfolios and be responsible for supporting the implementation of initiatives and development programs for our executives, senior leaders, and emerging leaders, in line with our broader leadership strategy. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for creating elevated development experiences to strengthen and accelerate the capability and confidence of senior leaders at RBC.
