A financial services company in Montreal is seeking a Recruitment Lead to enhance campus recruitment strategies. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to manage the recruitment cycle for students and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and be bilingual in French and English, supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.

Be part of a high performing team, where collaboration, diverse perspective and business partnership are top priorities for us! As part of the Early Careers team, the focus of this role is to lead the Sun Life Canada, Sun Life Corporate, and SLC Management portfolios. You will partner with and support the business on key initiatives and recruitment efforts for all student hiring programs within these portfolios as well as manage the candidate experience. This role will help develop and contribute to the campus recruitment strategies for all programs in the portfolio. You will also lead a team of Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultants.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
