JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing direction and oversight for talent acquisition operations to meet organizational hiring needs. Guides recruitment efforts in partnership with HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment with workforce plans. Promotes a consistent and positive candidate experience. Cultivates collaborative relationships within the organization and with external partners to enhance talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Leads and oversees recruitment operations, including requisition management, sourcing, selection, interviewing, candidate offers, and background/reference checks, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Partners with HR and hiring managers to align staffing priorities with business needs.
  • Evaluates channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Reviews recruitment metrics and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures consistent candidate communications and experience standards.
  • Oversees thorough background and reference check procedures, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provides guidance and support to recruitment team members.
  • Facilitates process enhancements and implements best practices.
  • Supports recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
  • Manages, coaches, and develops the talent acquisition team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure effective recruitment operations, compliance, and delivery of a positive candidate experience aligned with organizational hiring needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

4-5 years of progressive experience and 2 years of related managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
