Purpose
The Manager, Strategt and Transformation will support the execution of International Commercial Banking strategies, plans, and transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, conducting analysis, preparing materials, tracking progress, and helping ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures. This position will s upport the implementation of the Regional Commercial Banking Operating Model by gathering inputs, documenting current-state processes, analyzing data, coordinating working sessions, and contributing to the definition of future-state ways of working. This includes helping identify process improvement opportunities, preparing recommendations, supporting implementation plans, tracking milestones, and developing reporting materials that allow leaders and project teams to monitor delivery against objectives.
