We’re looking for a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead 2 teams of 4-6 platform engineers with a wide scope spanning across Site Reliability and Developer Experience. The platform covers the full cycle of software delivery, from CI/CD pipelines to high-availability, scalable production environments.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and optimal performance of our global cloud-based POS SaaS platform, which is critical to our customers' success. This position is also responsible for driving innovative engineering solutions to improve the developer experience and for managing cross-department stakeholders.
