  • Implement cost-saving measures and monitor expenses related to shipping and logistics activities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead prompt resolution and root-cause analysis of shipping, customs and cross-border failures, including customs holds, documentation errors, classification discrepancies, carrier failures and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
What You Bring to DIRTT:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of proven experience in logistics and shipping management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, transportation modes, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics and shipping software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
