On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run and manage weekly mobility metrics forecasts for the BBM sales teams
  • Build, Implement, optimize and ensure adoption of select sales enablement tools, technologies, analytics tools, and play throughout the sales organization for the BBM sales teams
  • Build and maintain methodology to cascade corporate mobility sales targets and KPIs for BBM teams
  • Provide monthly analysis on KPI performance against targets and forecast of subscriber metrics for the BBM team
  • Work closely with relevant teams to help improve and automate processes, and leverage AI where possible
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree or at least two years of relevant experience in Finance and Business ManagementSolid business analytics, financial acumen and problem solving skills combined with a strong ability to synthesize data to tell a story that enables informed decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
  • Ability to build compelling, executive-level presentations
  • Strong leadership skills

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
