RBC in Mississauga is seeking a subject matter expert in Group Business Solutions to lead enablement and field support for the Group Brokerage Wholesaling team. You will partner with leadership to identify enablement needs, deliver in-field training, create content, and monitor results to ensure targets are met.
Travel 25-50% and LLQP required. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, content development, and presenting to support wholesalers in boosting broker performance.

In this role, you’ll impact our Group Brokerage Wholesaling team’s success through strategic enablement and field support. Your expertise will enhance how our wholesalers support their brokers.
Partner with Head of Group Sales and Business Development Manager to identify enablement needs and develop strategic initiatives Support RBCI Group wholesalers through in-field training, consultation, and presentation support Build engaging content, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, and conduct presentation dry-runs Monitor sales results and customize initiatives to meet established targets

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
