We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Sales Associate to lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates who support both internal and external wholesalers across Canada. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing sales effectiveness, and ensuring seamless communication and compliance throughout the sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates serving internal and external wholesalers across Canada.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that the Sales Associates are completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align team priorities with strategic goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and adherence to compliance regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Associates and other departments (i.e., marketing, compliance, operations).
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Process maintenance and creation for Sales Associates.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Provide insight to trends in reporting or expense accountability and highlight to the wholesalers.
