Job summary

AppDirect cherche un Gestionnaire en Comptabilité des Revenus expérimenté pour superviser la reconnaissance des revenus selon ASC 606 et IFRS 15, en collaboration avec les équipes Finance, Juridique, Ventes et Ops. Vous dirigerez les closings et l'amélioration des processus.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 6 ans d'expérience en revenus SaaS, maîtrise NetSuite ARM et une forte capacité d'analyse et de communication des concepts techniques à des non-financiers.

Qualifications

• Bachelorat en comptabilité/finance ou domaine connexe; CPA souhaité.
• 6+ années d'expérience en comptabilité des revenus, idéalement SaaS, abonnement ou marketplace.
• Compétences techniques en comptabilité des revenus: IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Maîtrise du système NetSuite ARM.
• Expérience en intégration M&A ou achat comptable est un plus.
• Esprit analytique et résolution de problèmes avérée avec amélioration des processus.
• Excellente précision et souci du détail.
• Capacité à communiquer des concepts comptables techniques à des parties prenantes non-financières.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer l'examen et l'analyse de contrats non standard pour déterminer le traitement de reconnaissance des revenus selon ASC 606; documenter les conclusions.
• Diriger et exécuter les activités de closing des revenus (mensuel/trimesteriel/annuel).
• Collaborer avec les équipes système pour améliorer l'utilisation du système de revenus (NetSuite ARM).
• Identifier goulots d'étranglement et opportunités d'automatisation sur le processus de reconnaissance des revenus et de close.
• Collaborer avec les équipes revenue operations, pricing et product pour les études SSP.
• Participer à l'intégration des revenus lors des fusions/acquisitions.
• Mettre à jour les politiques de revenus et positions liées à l'évolution des modèles d'affaires.
• Aider le processus d'audit externe et mener des projets transverses.

You are a technically strong revenue accounting professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground up. You bring deep expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and are energized by the challenge of operationalizing new products, markets, and acquisitions in a fast-paced environment. You're equal parts hands‑on executor and strategic thinker — comfortable leading the revenue close one day and shaping policy the next. You collaborate naturally across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations, and you want your work to directly influence how a rapidly growing global business recognizes and reports revenue.

This role is a foundational member of our international revenue accounting team — an exciting opportunity to make an outsized impact.

What You'll Do And How You'll Have An Impact

• Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, and thoroughly document conclusions;
• Lead and execute revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization (NetSuite ARM), improving process efficiency and revenue accuracy;
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities across the revenue recognition and close process to drive continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams to conduct Standalone Selling Price (SSP) studies;
• Participate in M&A revenue-related integration to ensure smooth revenue process transitions as needed;
• Update revenue policies and position papers to reflect evolving business models, new products, and regulatory guidance;
• Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred;
• 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments;
• Strong technical revenue accounting skills, including deep understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition standards;
• Proficiency in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) system;
• Experience with M&A revenue integration or purchase accounting is a plus;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to communicate complex technical accounting concepts to cross-functional, non-finance stakeholders.
