Overview

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Prepare the weekly restaurant schedule
• Managing the restaurant to ensure financial targets are met as well as Tim Hortons operating standards
• Growing the business and sales

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
• Barista experience is advantageous but not required
