About the Company

Tiara Food & Beverage Concepts is a well-established and successful premium casual hospitality company operating in Vancouver, Chilliwack and Winnipeg. Our newest concept, Amato Trattoria, is opening in Chilliwack, BC. This old‑school Italian restaurant will feature a lively lounge environment, an intimate dining room and Chilliwack’s best patio. The menu will feature classic Italian dishes with a modern twist to classic Italian–North American cuisine along with inspiring dishes.

Job Summary

Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of FOH responsibilities including developing our people, managing all FOH costs, training and monitoring staff to ensure constant quality standards, and implementing audit controls of current standards and policies. The successful candidate will also manage the overall success of the restaurant, plan, organize, direct, and coordinate events and promotions, direct hiring, training, and scheduling, manage service standards, and work closely with the management team in planning objectives. Key responsibilities include:
