The Refinery Manager is responsible for leadership of the operations of used oil re-refining process including associated tank farms and plant utilities functions. Main point of contact between shipping/receiving, maintenance and laboratory groups. Ensures health and safety (H&S), quality and environment and production goals are meet. Manages operating expenditures to stay within budget. Builds high performing operations teams, mentoring, training and providing resources to support those teams. Assures that all company and site-specific processes and procedures are followed.
