The Manager, Recruitment and Logistics for Remote Hospitality Services Central Canada, is responsible for the effective day to day management of hourly employee full cycle recruitment, delivering employee resources to the accounts within the geographical area assigned. Included in this role is to oversee the logistics and employee movements between point of dispatch and remote accommodation accounts / locations. As the Manager, Recruitment and Logistics, you would be expected to successfully lead a team of dedicated recruitment professionals, administrators, logistics coordinators, and drivers for a seamless internal experience.
