AIMCo is seeking a seasoned Quantitative Analytics & Reporting professional to join the Risk Management group in Calgary. You will analyze risk analytics, validate results, and support data-driven investment decisions across AIMCo portfolios.
The role emphasizes advanced Python, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to enhance risk analytics, governance, and automation capabilities within a leading Canadian investment manager.
As part of the Risk Management group, the Quantitative Analytics & Reporting (QAR) team delivers critical risk analytics, reporting, and insights that support investment decision-making across AIMCo's portfolios. The team provides enterprise-wide quantitative risk measurements across all asset classes and client portfolios, helping AIMCo understand, measure, and manage investment risk.

You are a technically strong quantitative professional with a passion for investment analytics, risk management, and continuous learning. You enjoy solving complex problems, working across diverse asset classes, and translating data into meaningful business insights.
You are collaborative, intellectually curious, adaptable, and comfortable balancing analytical, reporting, and technology-focused responsibilities. You bring a strong understanding of financial markets and can confidently communicate complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
