A community healthcare organization in Alliston seeks a Manager for Professional Practice to lead initiatives in patient experience and quality management. You will oversee risk management and accreditation while fostering a high-quality, patient-centered care environment. Ideal candidates will hold an undergraduate degree in Nursing, possess significant leadership experience, and demonstrate excellence in communication and conflict resolution. The role demands expertise in healthcare legislation and the ability to facilitate change effectively.
Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical & Chief Nursing Executive, the Manager leads and coordinates professional practice excellence, patient and family experience, patient safety, quality, risk & legal management, and accreditation activities across the organization. The role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement, and the development of a just culture.
The Manager provides strategic oversight for clinical educators, clinical scholars, clinical externs & float team, manages patient feedback and complaints, oversees risk mitigation and legal processes, and leads accreditation preparedness.

Monday - Friday. Weekend work may be required as needed.
